More Than Meets the Eye

In Mark 5, a man who was afflicted by many demons is healed by Jesus. The townspeople heard what happened and wanted Jesus to leave their region out of fear. Rather than allowing the man to come with him, Jesus tells him to tell the people about his freedom. His testimony led to the first revival seen in the bible, with 4000 present for a miraculous meal when Jesus returned to the region.

Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8) When the devil and the powers of darkness are confronted by the light of God and the power of Jesus they cannot stand. How does God plan to use you to bring light to dark places?
