Christmas Eve Sermon

You were created in God's image and you have a purpose and plan in the world. God created us to rule & reign with him on the earth. (Genesis 1:26) But by sinning, people became separated from perfect relationship with God. (Genesis 3) Because God cares for all people and all aspects of our lives, he always had a plan for us to return to right relationship with him. Before Jesus came God had this plan, the son of God would give up perfection in heaven to come down and make the final sacrifice for our sins and return to right relationship with us. It's not just for when we die; we get to walk in relationship with Christ on the earth!
